A Houston Non-profit organization founded in 1991 by local attorneys, DELAA focuses on legal issues relating to aging and disability. This includes both general probate issues as well as estate planning and administration, guardianships, asset protection, disability planning, trusts, Medicare and Medicaid services, veterans benefits, housing, long term care services, Social Security disability, tax benefits, legal services, transportation, mental health programs, long term care insurance, protective services and home help. DELAA's main goal is to provide a valuable resource for professionals who practice in these areas.
